If you receive a "Thanks for your interest in Smiling Mind" error when creating an account, please try the following:

  1. Your email address is entered all in lowercase
  2. You are using the same email address supplied to Smiling Mind
  3. That you and your company has been registered for the the Smiling Mind Corporate Program - See How do I sign up to the Corporate Program?
