Why can't I see my progress?

Seeing progress

In July of 2021, we migrated our courses to a new platform, making exciting new updates to the interactivity and engagement of our learning.


All educators who had used the Learning Hub PRIOR to July 20 2021 will have previously completed courses marked as complete in the 'More' page. Those educators can contact education@smilingmind.com.au to receive a certificate of completion. You will also be able to view all of the content in the courses tab and skip to any page of the learning. Although in the courses page it may appear you have not completed the course, we still have record of you doing so.


If you began using the Learning Hub after that date please make sure you signed back in with the same account you created (eg 'Sign in with Google' or the correct email/password). If you are still having trouble please let us know.
