I can't log in

The first step is to ensure you're logging back in using the method you initially signed up with. For example; if you created an account with Google, Facebook or Apple, you will need to sign in via that account, rather than using the username and password fields. If you signed up by entering your details directly into the Smiling Mind app, double check your email and password is correct. 


Note: our app is case sensitive, so capital letters are important! Make sure you have the latest version of the app. You can do this by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play store on your device and downloading the Smiling Mind Update from there (desktop users do not need to do this step).
