If you forgot your password please follow these steps:
- Either open the app or go to app.smilingmind.com.au and click “Log In”
- Click “Forgot your password?”
- Enter your email address and click “Submit”
- Go to your email inbox and click the link in the email you received from us
- Choose a new password and click “Submit”
If you didn't receive the email it may be in your spam folder or you may have used the wrong email address. If you have signed up using a social media account (Google or Facebook) you will need to enter the email address associated with that social media account.
