Resetting your Learning Hub password

If you signed up using an email and password (not by using 'Sign in with Google', 'Sign in with Facebook', or other Single Sign-On/SSO), you can reset your password by following these instructions:

  1. On the Learning Hub website, click the ‘Sign in’ button in the top right hand corner


  2. Select, 'I forgot my password'


  3. Enter the email you used to sign up and click, 'Reset'. You will be emailed a password reset email, with a reset link

  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset email from Smiling Mind, and click the link in the email

  5. Enter your new password. Make sure that your password meets the following requirements:
    • It is at least 12 characters long
    • It contains at least one number, lower case letter and upper case letter
    • Do not use the same password you use for any other account
    • We encourage using a passphrase to increase the security of your account

  6. Sign back into the Learning Hub using the new password you created.

If you do not see the password reset email from Smiling Mind email in your email inbox, please check your Spam and Junk folders. If you don't receive the reset password email within 15 minutes, please contact us here.
