This could possibly be caused by a connection issue. Please try downloading the meditations you wish to listen to before you play them. You can do this by clicking the little cloud icon at the top right of the window that opens when you select a meditation.



All downloaded content will remain in the same location. If you have downloaded Breath and Sound from the Mindfulness Foundations program, to access it head to Explore > Adults > Mindfulness Foundations > Breath and Sound. When you have no internet connect you will only see the meditations you have available offline.


If this doesn't work, as a backup we recommend you try using our web app (app.smilingmind.com.au) to access our content through your browser rather than the Smiling Mind app.
