The Smiling Mind app allows you to set multiple reminders to help you manage your mental fitness routine. People often set one in the morning to start their day, and one in the evening to wind down.
To manage the number of notifications you receive go to the 'routine' section of the app and tap the edit button:
Tap the session you wish to remove notifications from:
Tap the cross to remove the reminder for the session, and tap 'Update Routine':
