Verifying your email

When you create a new Learning Hub account, we send you a link to verify your email—this will go to the address you entered in the first steps of creating an account.


If the verification email has not appeared in your inbox, first check your Spam or Junk folders. If after 30 minutes it's still not showing up for you, contact us here using the email address you used to create your account, and let us know your school details.


To make sure that you're receiving emails from Smiling Mind, including account emails like this, add info@smilingmind.com.au to your safe senders list. To find instructions for your email provider, visit https://www.whitelist.guide/. You can find more information about white-listing and firewalls here.
