I'm receiving an "Offline. Functionality will be limited" message

This message is displayed when the app is having trouble connecting to the internet from your device. A few things to try:


  • Ensure you are connected to a wi-fi network
  • Ensure your mobile network is connecting and has sufficient data allowances 


If you wish to use the app without an internet connection you can download sessions prior to going offline. These will be stored on your phone for use when a connection is not available.
