Activating a product access key in an existing account

The following process is for adding additional products into your existing Learning Hub account.

If you don't yet have a Learning Hub account, you will first need to create one. You will then activate your product access key as part of the sign-up process.

Smiling Mind has a range of online education products. If you would like to purchase a subscription to a product, you can do so either from our online store or using the Education Enquiry Form on our website.

After purchasing a new product subscription, you will receive an email from Smiling Mind containing your access key. Follow the steps below to add your new product into your existing Learning Hub account.

1. Once you’re signed in, you will find the ‘Activate access key’ at the bottom of the menu on the left hand side.

   

2. Click ‘Activate access key’, and input your access key in the pop-up
   

3. Enter your access key as it appears (we recommend copy-pasting it), and click 'Activate'. Done!
