Adding a new product into your existing Learning Hub account

Smiling Mind has a range of online education products. If you would like to purchase a subscription to a product, you can do so either from our online store or using the Education Enquiry Form on our website.

After purchasing a new product subscription, you will receive an email from Smiling Mind containing your access key. Follow the steps below to add your new product into your existing Learning Hub account.

Note: if you don't yet have a Learning Hub account, you will first need to register one. You will then activate your access key as part of the registration process. The following process is for adding additional products into your existing Learning Hub account. 

1. Login to your Learning Hub account.
2. Select the Activate a product button, located in the bottom corner of the main menu.

3. A new window will appear. Enter your access key, then click the Activate button. Your new product has now been added to your Learning Hub account!
