If you have forgotten your Smiling Mind password, or simply want to change it, you can do this by using the I forgot my password link on the Sign In screen. Just enter the email address associated with your account, to receive a password reset link via email.

If you don't receive the password reset email within 20 minutes, here are a few things to check:

  1. Have you checked your email spam / junk folder? Often password reset emails can get filtered out of your inbox. Just double check that the email isn't in your spam folder.
  2. Are you using private browsing mode? Resetting your password needs to be done via a non-private browser. So if you're using something like Google Incognito, just switch to a non-private browser and request another password reset email. 
  3. Did you create your Smiling Mind account using another identity provider, such as Google, Facebook or Apple? If you signed up for our our app using your existing Google, Facebook or Apple login, then we can't reset your password for you because it's controlled by your identity provider. So if you can't remember your Facebook, Google or Apple password, you'll need to contact them to reset it.
